Today was a great day...the boys and I stayed home while the very loud and active older sisters and Mommy went shopping. Brody helped make lunch and was a great snuggle buddy... he and I read a few books and watched "boy shows" before his nap.
Joseph found my increasingly large belly especially comfy, he slept while we read, he slept while we watched This Old House, he slept while we ate lunch, he slept while Brody took his nap... get the pattern.
I'm sure that he wasn't comforted by my smell, I wasn't able to shower this morning. I'm sure he wasn't comforted knowing that I had no way to feed him if he screamed. He went over 5 hours with out a feeding... Mommy kept calling to check in... every time she called he'd stir, but thankfully not wake. The only explanation I have is that he was extremely comfortable on my Big Mushy Belly.
So today I'm most thankful for Mushy Bellies and Sleepy Babies!

it's a little bit bitter-sweet, but it's time to move on. i will no longer
be updating here on blogger, but you can continue to follow our family as
